The only thing in the envelope was the plastic outer wrapping with a piece of paper, i assume, showing what the sticky notes are supposed to look like. The sticky note pad was NOT received. This store denied my refund or to send me out
another replacement. This is what I was told it needed to do.
The post office isn't going to know what was inside.
extremely disappointed with the outcome. From my experience, the fact they wouldn't make it right for sticky notes. I won't be giving them anymore of my money.

For your complaint , we need you provide an official certificate issued by the post office as evidence.
