Refund policy

We have a 15-day Free Return Policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, barcodes and labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps to Return the package:

  1. Share the clear pictures of your issue & the reasons of return/refund over email or live-chat within 15 days of receiving the package.
  2. We provide you the free return label for shipping the package.
  3. You pack return items into one package. The original barcode for every return item must be returned as well. Please ensure to remove or cover the previous shipping labels on the package.
  4. You print and attach the one time return shipping label to the package. 
  5. You drop off the package to the nearest delivery point as per the Label.
  6. Once package is received, our Customer Service Team will review/inspect the item & based on the product condition, they will make a decision on Refund or No-Refund.
  7. If the decision is made in your favor then refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  8. We'll inform you on the outcome & the decision made by our team is final.

Return Shipping
Please note that we cover the shipping charges for most orders at the time of purchase. We do allow return of the item if raised within 15 days of receiving the product with reasons & photos. We provide the free return label. Please check the steps above to return the package.

Package Lost/Stolen

For added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance through ShipInsure. You can add this option at checkout to protect your order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once the item has shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refund is subject to approval based on product condition & other parameters & is a final decision. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
