1. Can photo and text printed on one lamp?
Yes, both sides of the moon lamp can be printed however if you chose one of them, that's fine too. If you want both, then please send your photo and text together as they get printed together.
2. What language can be carved?
All languages. You share your preferred language while placing the order.
3. How long does it take to ship?
3-7 working days for customization as its being personalized for you. Little wait would give better results.
4. Can I cancel the order?
Custom product are exclusive products to you, so we do not support cancellation of orders.
5. How to choose the picture?
1.Select a high quality and clear picture.
2. Half-length picture with clear face is best suited.
3. If full body photo, please just choose 18cm or 20cm or 23cm, the printed result is not good for other sizes.
4. If we do not find the picture good, we will contact you for another picture.
6. How to use the lamp?
1. Touch the metal ring at the bottom of the moon lamp to turn on / off the light and change color.
2. Long press the metal ring to adjust the brightness.
3. Insert the DC connector into the metal ring at the bottom of the moon lamp to charge.
4. The red light is always on during the charging. The red light will automatically turn off when fully charged.
5. If your hand is too dry or the temperature is too low, the light may not respond.
6. If the light is not switching on, you can try charging for 1-2 hours before use.
While placing the order, provide inputs in the 'Order Special Instructions' box at the checkout. Any photo would need to be uploaded through 'Live-Chat' or 'Contact Us' page on the website. You can also email the details to us at info@heartcraftedgifts.com.
If you are looking for different length, style or any other jewelry or gift customization, please contact us and we can make it available to your need.
Customized products require a production duration of 4 to 7 days as it's being customized just for you, so please allow the wait time.
It can't be returned as it's custom made just for you.
